Wellness Every Day: A Resource for Everyday Mental Health in Ventura County

At VibeWell Ventura County, we believe mental wellness is just as important as physical health and that it’s something we all deserve access to, every single day.  For many of us, spending time painting, producing a new track, writing a poem, or just freestyling in our notebook are ways we support our mental health on the daily.  Or, we’ll meet up with friends and go to an art exhibit, museum, or concert.

We all experience emotions connected to anxiety, stress and depression.  Being creative ourselves and getting inspired by other people creativity helps ground us.  Sometimes it might not be enough.  That’s why we’re spotlighting Wellness Every Day, the county-backed mental wellness portal run by Ventura County Behavioral Health.

Its filled with apps to download, videos to watch, and even phone numbers that are answered 24/7 by people that can help you if you feel its too much to handle.   We’ve put quite a few of them on the VibeWell Resources page, but Wellness Every Day has them all-  supporting youth, seniors, LGTBQ+IA communities, foster youth, our military community, parents, caregivers, and more.

If this is an emergency and you need help right now, call 911.

Call 988 or chat via the 988 Lifeline.

988 provides free crisis support via call, text, or chat for anyone experiencing a mental health, substance use, or suicidal crisis—or for those concerned about a loved one.
